A brief history of how we got here

Born in the 80s, we’re an African insurer with a heart that beats for the continent. We’re Mzansi’s largest privately-owned insurance group, serving nearly 4 million policyholders, and that’s just the beginning. Individuals, families and small to large businesses, all trust us with their financial wellbeing.

From life insurance and investments to short-term cover, we’re all about providing peace of mind so our customers can live life to the fullest. Our family of over 3,500 Hollardites spans ten countries and are all united by a shared purpose: to enable more people to create and secure a better future.
